2024 Registration Fees

We are pleased to announce that in a world where eveything seems to be going up in price, our player fees are unchanged from 2023!

*New for 2024 -- All athletes (football and cheer) are expected to participate in team fundraising by working TWO shifts at Great American Ballpark (GABP) in the Cincinnati Landmark concession stand.  Concessions workers must be at least 16 years old.  Family members/friends can also work in the stand to help cover the required shifts.   All workers must attend a training session at GABP on April 13, 2024 from 10am - 2pm at GABP.  (Other training dates are available if you can't make it April 13th -- see the Sign Up Genius information at the bottom of this page.)

The varsity team will be traveling to Dallas, TX this year for the 3rd Annual Homeschool Football Classic.  Players have the option of paying an additional $375 or covering THREE additional shifts at GABP to cover their trip to Dallas.

Football fees include all necessary equipment (except shoes, socks and undergarments), a spirit wear t-shirt, team photos, and the end of the year banquet and awards.  For varsity, the registration fee also includes breakfast at Indiana Wesleyan University on Championship Weekend and lodging and 2 meals per day at the NHFA Tournament (held in Panama City Beach, FL each November). Additional spirit wear items will be available for purchase separately.

  •  Varsity:           

    •  $550 per player with 30 hours of volunteer commitment per family.

    • $775 per player with 20 hours of volunteer commitment per family.

    • $1,000 per player with 10 hours of volunteer commitment per family.

  • Junior High: 

    • $400 per player with 30 hours of volunteer commitment per family.

    • $525 per player with 20 hours of volunteer commitment per family.

    •  $650 per player with 10 hours of volunteer commitment per family​

  • EARLY REGISTRATION DISCOUNT: Register before May 1st and receive a $50 discount!

  • FAMILY MULTIPLAYER DISCOUNT: Oldest player pays full price fee.  Each subsequent child receives a discount of $100.

                                                                     

Cheerleading fees includes a spirit wear t-shirt, team photos, and the end of year banquet and awards.  For varsity, the registration fee also includes lodging and 2 meals per day at the NHFA Tournament (held in Panama City Beach, FL each November).  Additional spirit wear items will be available for purchase separately.  The cheerleading fee does NOT include the uniform, which is estimated at $175 for JH and $300 for Varsity.  Uniform will be owned by the participant with the intent to reuse in subsequent years. (Note that Landmark cheerleaders use the same uniform for football, basketball, and cheer competitions).  

  • Varsity and Jr. High Cheer:

    • $150 per cheerleader with 30 hours of volunteer commitment per family.​

    • $250 per cheerleader with 20 hours of volunteer commitment per family.

    • $400 per cheerleader with 10 hours of volunteer commitment per family.

  • EARLY REGISTRATION DISCOUNT: Register before May 1st and receive a $50 discount!

  • FAMILY MULTIPLAYER DISCOUNT:  Can use one of the two options (should use higher value):

    • Brother playing football = $50 discount

    • Sister cheerleading = $20 discount

 

* Unpaid registration fees and unmet volunteer requirements will exclude a player/cheerleader from participation in scrimmages and games.

Registration Instructions
for both Football and Cheerleading)

  • Early Registration is until May 1st -- you will receive a $50 discount off your registration!

  • Register before July 1st to have the option of paying for your registration over the course of 3 months, in 3 equal installments (must be done by credit/debit card)

  • Registration after July 1st must be paid in full at the time of registration.

  • Registration system will allow you to pay by card (Pay Online) but includes a 3% processing fee. Payment plans on a card will automatically be charged monthly until paid in full..

  • Checks should be made payable to Landmark Eagles Football.  (Note, if you are paying by check, please email us at landmarkeaglesfootball@gmail.com to give us the heads up that your check is in the mail, and we can ensure you get your $50 discount for early registration, if applicable.)  Note, you will not be considered registered until the check for the full amount is received.

  • All athletes must have completed a Preparticipation Physical Evaluation prior to the 1st official practice of the season which is in July. Landmark will often host a team day for getting these physicals done at a discounted rate over the summer, if you have not had it done by your physician.  Here is is a link to the OHSAA Preparticipation Physical Evaluation (PPE) Form . Email a completed copy to landmarkeaglesfootball@gmail.com
